Happy New Year 2020 to you, dear friends and donors, and dear public.
For Chants Libres, 2020 will be a year of production, of creation, an anniversary!
In 2020, Zad Moultaka’s music will accompany us up until the creation of his opera this coming October.
For all of 2020, Larry Tremblay’s libretto will nurture our reflections, throw off our certainties, call to question our convictions.
L’orangeraie will take over our thoughts obsessively, so that we can both delicately and with ferocious conviction, share this new creation with you, this opera that will mark our 30 years of existence. Our artists are working, our creators are plotting, and me? Me, I am so looking forward to showing it to you.
Thank you for believing in it and for encouraging us.
